We are looking for a skilled Sales Manager to elevate our growth to new heights.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling Engineering plastics and Green products in Denmark. You will join our six-person international sales team. In this role, focusing on acquiring new customers while nurturing strong relationships with our existing clients.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Identify target potential customers aligned with Telko's growth strategy and take personal responsibility for achieving your sales goals.
- Manage and finalize the current pipeline of open projects with customers.
- Collaborate with the team to determine the best approach for new customers, and seek support for conducting trials when necessary.
- Lead negotiations on pricing and agreement terms with customers.
- Report directly to the Sales Director Engineering Plastics North in Denmark.
- Enhance your sales techniques with our support and track your progress using the Hubspot CRM system.
What We’re Looking For
- You possess at least 3 years of technical sales experience.
- A systematic and self-driven attitude that enables you to efficiently hunt for customers and close deals.
- You are willing to travel within Denmark and abroad to meet customers and suppliers.
- Your strong interaction and communication skills allow you to develop customer relationships at various levels.
- You are fluent in Danish and English (corporate language is English).
- You have a relevant educational background for the position (technical/commercial).
